Terms of use

The plain rules for using Best Wheel Spinner. Last updated 18 October 2026.

Who runs the site

Best Wheel Spinner (bestwheelspinner.com) is run by Vishesh Jakhar in the United Kingdom. You can reach me at hello@bestwheelspinner.com. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Using the wheel

The site is free and needs no account. You may use it for any lawful purpose: classrooms, teams, games and everyday choices.

Free-to-enter giveaways and prize draws are fine. It is not for gambling: don't use it for betting, for draws that people pay to enter, or for any draw the law says must be run by a licensed operator.

Your names and lists

The names you type stay in your own browser; the site does not receive or store them. If you enter other people's names, make sure you are allowed to. The Privacy page explains what your browser keeps.

How picks work

Each winner is picked in your browser and sealed before the wheel turns, so anyone can check the result afterwards on Fair play. I take care to keep this correct, but the site is a tool for everyday decisions, not a certified draw.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is and as available. I don't promise it will always be online, free of errors or suitable for a particular purpose.

Liability

As far as the law allows, I am not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on a result. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using the site after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
